3 month 1:1 yoga therapy program
In this comprehensive program, we’ll work together to figure out what’s been holding you back, physically, energetically and emotionally, and help you find joy and love for yourself again. Through the combination of multiple one-on-one yoga therapy sessions with Alyssa integrated with digestive health support and massage therapy, energy therapy and/or Thai yoga massage, we’ll work together to peel back the layers and address the root issues for your chronic pain, anxiety, burnout, and more.
This program is recommended for those who already know and partially understand some of the issues they are facing and want to dive in, get more guidance and start addressing the root cause.

What is Yoga Therapy?
Although all yoga is potentially therapeutic and healing, yoga therapy is the specific application of yogic tools - postures/exercises, breathwokd, meditation techniques, and more - to address an individual's physical, mental, and emotional needs.
