I am a Certified Yoga Therapist and passionate about sharing the therapeutic wisdom of yoga and energy medicine with mothers everywhere.

I specialize in working with mothers who experience chronic symptoms and customize wellness programs that works with the wisdom of the body to find relief from chronic pain, anxiety, depression, fatigue, hormonal dysfunction and digestive disorders.

As the host of the Wild Wisdom Podcast, I get to interview some incredible people. I also lead retreats across the globe, combining yoga, meditation and equine therapy to help women connect with nature to connect with themselves.
