I’ve made the mistakes, found myself in some hilarious, sometimes stressful situations, and learned from them. I’m here to help relieve any anxiety you may be feeling about your upcoming trip, study abroad semester, or permanent move to Mexico by answering all the random questions you can’t type in a search bar.

I spent years making work my life, spending countless hours and weekends in the office, and burning myself out at a corporate career as the second in command at a national real estate group.
Then, I followed my heart into entrepreneurship thinking it would change. But I still carried a mindset of hustlin' and working in my masculine energy to ensure the success of my yoga studio and wellness center I had for 5+ years. I was utterly exhausted.
When I was pregnant with my daughter, I decided all of that had to change. I sold my 2,500 sq. ft. yoga studio and wellness center for six figures (during a worldwide pandemic!) and launched a branding and marketing agency that set the stage for for me to live in one of the most beautiful cities in the world, San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.
Now, I share my experience and wisdom through consultations and on my signature Wild Wisdom Retreats and inside our online community, Woman Elevated.
