Qi Balancing Latte Recipe

Sunday mornings I’m typically sippin’ my homemade latte and dreamin’ of being a stay-at-home dog mom...

I started making this each morning to get me off of my Starbucks addiction and combine the adaptogens I need into my daily routine so I don’t have to taste powder-y herbs. I am not against caffeine, but $5+ a day is wasteful and I really knew that I just wanted the comfort-feeling of the creaminess of a latte {especially in the fall and winter}.

Qi-Balancing Latte
-1/4 cup french-press coffee
-3/4 cup almond milk {or whatever milk you prefer!}
-1 tsp cinnamon
-1 tbsp cacao
-1-tsp coconut oil
-1 tbsp of Qi formula by Anima Mundi Apothecary to support my adrenals, help me function and sleep through the night {you can use their Adaptogenic Immortality mushroom blend, too!}

You can adjust the ratios of coffee to milk depending on your preferences. I just prefer less coffee and more milky-goodness.
