#025: Holistic Pelvic Care
with Dr. Danielle Cornelius

Time and again in my private practice I see the root issue of being disconnected from mind and body and especially our womanhood. Generations of women have been subjected to so many things and not taught how to revel in the greatness that is being a woman. Much of these repressed emotions and hurts get trapped in the pelvic bowl without our knowledge. My guest today, Dr. Danielle Cornelius, shares more about the importance of holistic pelvic care in the latest episode of the Wild Wisdom Podcast.

In this episode you’ll learn:

  • What exactly is Holistic Pelvic Care and why you should consider it as part of your self-care plan

  • The importance of connecting to your wild feminine landscape, both energetically and physically

  • Why the vagina should be as normal a body part as your ear or eyes and not a dirty part of your female anatomy

  • More about the shame and trauma we hold in our pelvic bowl and some ways to access and release it

  • The sacredness we hold as females in our pelvic center {e.g. root and sacral chakras}
